On-line Top Ups – regulations

 

  • I Preliminary provisions
  1. In accordance with the requirements of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services Dz. U. No. 144 item 1204, the company RMCMS OU (hereinafter: the Company or the Service Provider) creates rules for the provision of electronic services (hereinafter referred to as: Regulations) for the needs of the services provided by the Company by electronic means.
  2. The service provider described in the Regulations is the owner of the crypto2moblie.com service – RMCMS OU based in Estonia, Tallinn, street: Jarveveana tee 9-40; RC: 14346423.
  3. The Service Recipient is any user using the services described in the Regulations provided by the Company.
  • II Type of service provided electronically
  1. The company provides a Pre-Paid top-up service, hereinafter referred to as the Service.
  2. The service applies to the network of operators whose current list is presented by the intermediary of the website.
  3. The service enables the purchase of top-ups via the website at crypto2mobile.com using the electronic payment methods supported by the Crypto2Iban system.
  4. The service and payment are carried out only by electronic means. The codes are delivered in the e-mail form.
  5. The service is paid. The price of the top-up service is given by the IT system.
  6. The cost of the service for some forms of payment may vary. Before making the final purchase, the Customer is informed about the exact price of the Service for individual methods of payment.
  • III. Terms of providing the service electronically
  1. The use of the Service provided by the Company requires the Service Provider to provide the network, the value of the top up and the correct e-mail address.
  2. For high-risk business forms of payment, there may be additional requirements in accordance with the applicable provisions to carry out the top-up service.
  3. The service is carried out automatically – the code or information about its availability is sent within 15 minutes of posting the payment to the provided e-mail address when ordering top-up.
  4. The Service Provider reserves the right to delay the sending of codes by up to 48 hours in special cases, such as:
  5. a) the lack of the selected denomination in stock,
  6. b) the need for additional verification of payment or order.
  7. In order to receive a VAT invoice for the service, the Service Recipient should fill in the appropriate form with the details of the Service buyer necessary to issue an invoice. The invoice will be sent electronically.
  8. The VAT invoice will be issued in accordance with the law, after completing the form in accordance with point 5 of this paragraph.
  9. The Customer’s personal data are processed in order to properly implement the Service, based on the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws No. 101, item 926). Providing personal data by the Customer is voluntary, but necessary for the performance of the Services.
  10. The administrator of the Customer’s personal data collection is the Company.
  11. The Service Recipient has the right to inspect their personal data and the right to request their correction.
  12. In order to use the Service, it is necessary for the Customer to meet the following technical requirements:
  13. a) having a device that provides access to the Internet,
  14. b) having an updated web browser that ensures that the order page is displayed correctly,
  15. c) having a bank account with the option of making online transfers.

 

  • IV. Conditions for concluding and terminating a contract for the provision of electronic services
  1. Conclusion and termination of contracts for the provision of Services is carried out via the crypto2mobile.com internet portal.
  2. Conclusion of the contract for the implementation of the Service takes place at the moment of familiarizing with the regulations, sending the order form and initiating the payment.
  3. The contract expires automatically on the date specified by the system at the time of initiating the payment.
  4. Due to the nature of the Service, it is not possible to withdraw from the contract when this service has been carried out. There is no possibility of returning the code due to the inability to verify whether the code has been used by the Customer.
  • V Complaints
  1. Complaints are submitted electronically to the following e-mail address: support@rmcms.eu; or by post – to the address of the Company.
  2. The subject of the complaint is the performance by the Company of the Service, in contravention of the terms and conditions set out in these Regulations.
  3. The complaint should contain a unique order number and a description of the reservations.
  4. In the case that the complaint requires completion, the Company shall contact the Customer by phone or e-mail with a request for additional details.
  5. The company recognizes the complaint within 14 days from the date of its receipt.
  • VI Reservations
  1. The Service Recipient commits to ordering and using the Service in a manner consistent with the law and the rules of social coexistence.
  • VII. Final provisions
  1. These regulations are available to every Customer at crypto2mobile.com
